La Chapelle de la Misericorde was built in 1740 and if you visit only one Chapel in Nice then this one is worth considering. It is superb Baroque architecture and the magnificent Brea altarpiece is a work of fine art. Situated in the Cours Saleya this Chapel was used by the brotherhood of Black Penitents.
